Return and Refund Policy

Because each hat is handmade and unique, we want to ensure clarity regarding our refund and return policy. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

When a Refund or Return Is Accepted

If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
If the product has a manufacturing defect.
If the product delivered is different from the item ordered.

When a Refund or Return Will Not Be Accepted

If the product shows signs of wear or use.
If the product has stains, including but not limited to makeup, oil, grease, or dirt.
If the product has been damaged after delivery.

Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item meets the conditions listed below.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the conditions above, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and details so we can assist you promptly.
